Refund Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Custom made or altered specifically for you (e.g. Resized or engraved we can not offer refunds of exchanges, so please choose carefully.)We offer one free resize if the ring does not fit.You will be responsible for insured postage back to Vangeli Manufacturing.

Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards

Change of mind.

Jewellery has been worn.

Deposits for custom designed pieces cannot be refunded.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@vangeli.com.au.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@vangeli.com.au. and send your item to: Vangeli P.O. BOX 1470 Woden 2606 Canberra ACT.

All items must be signature required.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Manufacturer Warranty

Vangeli supplies quality material and craftsmanship on all their handcrafted jewellery. We stand behind all our pieces and can repair and guarantee against any manufacturing fault or defect of any piece of jewellery. If on the very rare occasion you do find any defects upon purchasing you piece, please do not hesitate to send it back to us for one of our expert team members to evaluate and inspect.

Conditions and Exclusions

  1. We do not guarantee against natural wear and tear of jewellery over the course of usage.
  2. Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals, make up, swimming pools, chlorine, hot tubs etc…
  1. Bent, caught, broken or worn out prongs that cause stones to fall out or be lost.
  2. Damaged and lost stones that have fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.

Complimentary cleaning and inspection on diamond rings

Vangeli offers an in store inspection and clean of your diamond ring free of charge once a year.

This excludes rhodium plating if your ring is white gold. Rhodium plating is offered as a separate service and will be charged accordingly.

This service is only available for Vangeli pieces of jewellery.

Custom designed jewellery made in Canberra

Vangeli is a family owned business. Our custom jewellery is handmade in our Canberra factory consisting of world class jewellers, award winning designers, diamond graders, gemmologists and diamond setters.

Our diamonds are all ethically sourced and conflict free. Our gemstones and diamonds are hand picked for their beauty and rarity by our expert team.

Cancellation

Cancellation of a custom made product must be done within 12 hours of the order being placed.

All engraved and custom made pieces are final with no returns or credit available.
